Welcome to McAllister Labs. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our public website, design assets, and active demonstrations. By browsing our site, submitting inquiries, or using our interactive modules, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site immediately.

We provide free engineering and planning utilities, such as the Air Changes Per Hour (ACH) Airflow Calculator, for initial estimation and educational purposes only. These tools and their mathematical outputs do not constitute formal engineering, architectural, safety, or professional consultations. McAllister Labs assumes no responsibility or liability for real-world field balancing, equipment specification, or regulatory compliance based on these calculations. Users must independently verify all specifications with certified technicians.

All content on this site—including text, graphics, unique glassmorphic layouts, brand marks, typography systems (e.g., Sora and Manrope implementations), and custom visual collages—is the exclusive intellectual property of McAllister Labs. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view these pages for informational purposes. You may not scrape, clone, republish, or reverse-engineer our proprietary CSS and Javascript systems without explicit written consent.

While the visual systems, calculators, and marketing materials on this public site remain our sole property, ownership transitions for custom client deliverables (such as customized web applications, secure client portals, and bespoke database architectures) are explicitly governed by individual, signed master services agreements (MSAs) or custom development contracts. Nothing on this website constitutes a transfer of any code ownership or IP rights.

Access to our staging subdomains, authenticated client workspaces, or sandbox portals is strictly restricted to authorized clients with active credentials. Unauthorized access attempts, JWT token manipulation, credential harvesting, or API tampering are violations of federal and local cybersecurity laws. We actively log all connection signatures and will coordinate with law enforcement and ISP providers to investigate unauthorized intrusion attempts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McAllister Labs, its directors, and its developers (including Michael McAllister) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our public website, calculations, templates, or managed hosting configurations. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, system downtime, data corruption, or operational drag.

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our operational services, technical stack, or regulatory environment. Your continued use of the site following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
